Happy New Year :party: I was on a plane when it became 2010.  In both of my homes' time zones.  The flight attendants were wearing "Happy New Year" cardboard hat things.  There were a bunch of empty seats, including the one next to me, which was very "yay!" I don't have a New Year's resolution, because I don't have enough resolve to follow through with those, but I do have a New Year's "Hey, let's try this and see how it goes, maybe," which is to study all these things I want to learn. I'm going to try to put my thoughts into understandable words.  It'll sound emo, but actually it's a really happy thing... First I need to explain the title, "Last End."  This is a song from a Legend of Zelda game called Majora's Mask.  To be short, the idea is that due to a certain dark force, the world called "Termina" is going to end in three days, when the mood collides with it.  Your main quest is to stop it, and you have a lot of little "helping people out with things" quests on the way.  Conveniently, you have the ability to reset time, to the beginning of those three days, over and over. "Last End" is the name of the song that plays

I want SOMEONE to be honest and tell me, "You know, your art is good if you're drawing cartoony... but it's really not good manga."  Would someone tell me the truth please? And stop telling me it's all about practice.  I've been drawing manga for probably ... 11 years, at least?  And sure there were times when I was more or less into it, times when I didn't practice much, but I should still be better than THIS. And it honestly drives me crazy that all of you can just draw whatever picture comes into your mind... lying down, running, from behind, making an angry face... and it looks good.  Really good.  And I can't.
